FAQ #

Which type should a beginner pick? #

Paper. It runs plugins, performs well and vanilla players join with no mods.

Can I change the type later? #

Yes, but back up first. A world made on one type usually loads on another of the same Minecraft version, but plugins and mods don't carry over between Paper and Fabric/Forge.

How much does a server cost on ESN? #

It depends on the RAM you need. See the plans page for current prices.
