Open a ticket
- Join the server with the invite above.
- Open a support ticket from the server's ticket channel.
- Explain what's wrong and include the details below.
What to include
- Your panel username or email. Never your password.
- The server's name as shown on your dashboard.
- What you expected and what happened, plus the last lines from the Console if there's an error.
- For payment problems: your Stripe receipt or the email you paid with.
Before you ask
- Check the ESN status page to see whether a node or the panel is down.
- Look through Troubleshooting, since many errors have a quick fix.
Stay safe: ESN staff will never ask for your password or 2FA codes, and they only take payment through the panel's Plans page or official links in the ESN Discord.
