ESN Discord commands: Helper and Monitor bots
Every member command on the ESN Systems Discord bots: search guides with /docs, fix bot errors with /botfix, find a plan with /planfinder and check uptime.
The ESN Systems Discord has two bots that answer questions and manage your servers without opening the panel: ESN Helper and ESN Monitor. The plan and order commands that used to be on ESN Sales are now on ESN Helper. Join the ESN Systems Discord, type / and pick a command.
New on October 31, 2026: /docs, /botfix, /uptime and /events on ESN Helper, /planfinder on ESN Helper, and time windows on ESN Monitor's /latency.

Pick and manage a plan #

Your account and servers #

/myservers | See your ESN servers and start, restart or stop them. |
/backup | Create, list and restore panel backups for your servers. |

ESN SMP #

Where do I use these commands?
In the ESN Systems Discord. Type / in any channel where you can chat, then pick the command from the list.
Do other people see my command results?
Most answers are only shown to you. /docs has a share option if you want to post the guide link for everyone in the channel.
Is it safe to paste my bot error into /botfix?
/botfix only reads the error to find the fix, and the answer is only shown to you. If your paste contains a bot token it warns you and never repeats it, but reset that token in the Discord Developer Portal anyway. Never post a token in a public channel.
