What's included with every ESN Hosting plan

Everything you get with every ESN Hosting plan: the game panel, SFTP, schedules, subusers, free importer, guides, Discord commands and support, plus an FAQ.

Every ESN Hosting plan, from ESN Nano ($0.50/month) up to the biggest Pro plan, comes with the same panel and the same tools. Bigger plans only add RAM, CPU and disk. Here is what you get, and what isn't included, so there are no surprises.

The ESN game panel #

  • Web console: start, stop and restart your server, see its output live and send commands. See Use the console.
  • File manager and SFTP: upload, edit and download files in the browser, or with an SFTP app. See Upload files.
  • Startup settings: pick the main file, version and variables. See Startup settings.
  • Schedules: automatic restarts and commands on a timer. See Schedules.
  • Subusers: give a friend access to your server without sharing your login. See Share access.
  • Live graphs of your server's CPU, RAM and disk use.
  • Sign in with Discord or Google, and protect your account with two-factor authentication.

Setup and moving in #

Help when you need it #

  • Step-by-step guides on this site for bots, Minecraft, game servers, websites, VPS-lite and billing.
  • Discord commands: search the guides with /docs, fix a bot error with /botfix, manage your servers with /myservers and more. See ESN Discord commands.
  • Support from ESN staff by ticket in the ESN Systems Discord or the live chat on the panel. See Contact support.
  • Live status page that checks every ESN node and service every minute: status.esnoffical.com.

Billing #

  • Secure checkout by Stripe. ESN never sees your card.
  • Cancel any time. Your plan runs until the end of the month you paid for.
  • Deals: pay yearly to save, referral and student discounts. See Deals and referrals.
  • Servers in the United States, in Chicago and New York.

Not included by default #

To keep prices low, plans don't include panel backup slots, databases or extra ports. Keep your own copy of anything important with Archive or SFTP (see Backups).

Plans FAQ #

Which plan should I pick?

Small Discord or Telegram bots run fine on ESN Nano or Starter. Minecraft needs at least 1 GB of RAM (2 GB for Forge). Not sure? Run /planfinder in the ESN Systems Discord, or see Which plan do I need?

Is there a free plan?

No. Free ESN Nano servers and free plans have ended. Plans start at $0.50/month with ESN Nano; see every plan on the plans page.

How do I pay?

On Stripe's secure checkout, opened from the panel's Plans page. Your card details go to Stripe, never to ESN.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Open billing from the panel and cancel. Your plan keeps running until the end of the month you already paid for.

Are backups included?

Backup slots, databases and extra ports are not included on plans by default. You can always keep your own copy of your files with Archive or SFTP. See Backups.

Where are the servers?

In the United States, in Chicago and New York.

A plan says "Sold out". What now?

That size has no free room on a node right now. Pick another plan or check the Plans page again later. Stock updates live.

I paid but I have no server. What do I do?
