Partner with ESN: how to apply for a Discord partnership
Run a friendly Discord community? Apply to partner with ESN: your server gets shared with ESN members and ESN gets shared with yours. It starts with a ticket.
What a partnership is #
An ESN partnership is a simple swap between two Discord communities: your server is shared in the ESN Discord's #partnerships channel, and ESN is shared in yours. It's a way for friendly communities to help each other grow.
Who it's for #
Gaming communities, Minecraft servers, bot developers, content creators and other servers whose members could use ESN Hosting, the ESN SMP or ESN Guardian. Things that help your application:
- An active community with real members (not bots or join-for-join servers).
- Clear rules, active moderation and nothing that breaks Discord's Terms of Service.
- No NSFW content. Many ESN members are younger players.
- A place in your server where partner posts go (a #partners channel or similar).
Staff decide each application by hand. Meeting these points doesn't guarantee a yes.
How to apply #
- Join the ESN Discord.
- Open a ticket and say you'd like to partner.
- Share your server invite, what your community is about, and roughly how active it is.
- Staff will reply in the ticket. If it's a yes, they'll tell you how the swap works and what to post.
A note on DMs #
ESN doesn't send partnership requests by DM. If someone DMs you claiming to be ESN staff and asks for anything (logins, payments, codes), it isn't us. Report it in a ticket. Partnerships always start with you opening a ticket.
Other ways to work with ESN #
- Creators: for YouTubers and streamers.
- Reseller: sell hosting to your own community.
- Referral codes: share ESN and earn rewards.
- Customer spotlight: get your server featured.
FAQ #
Does a partnership cost anything? #
No. It's a free swap between communities.
Is there a minimum member count? #
We look at how active a community is more than a number. Tell us about your server in the ticket.
How long does it take to hear back? #
Staff answer tickets as soon as they can. Keep the ticket open and check it for replies.
